Moe’s Burgers & Brews in Minnesota is hiring a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and cook menu items, work across grill, fryer, and flat-top stations, and help maintain quality during lunch and dinner rushes.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but training will be provided for the right person.
• Be dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team‑oriented kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently.
• Work grill, fryer, flat-top, and other kitchen stations.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Keep up with orders during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
• Communicate and work as a team with other kitchen staff and servers.
• Complete daily prep and restock your station as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and temperature procedures.
• Assist with dishes and general kitchen cleaning when needed.
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Minimize food waste and properly rotate and store products.
• Be dependable, show up on time, and be ready to work.
• Help wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
