Job summary

Qualifications

• Training completion including reading training materials, watching videos and on-the-job quizzes.
• Minimum six months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders within eight minutes of entry.
• Clean and stock cook line thoroughly throughout shift.
• Use proper tools to control food cost.
• Communicate courteously with management, co-workers and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and health department guidelines.
• Maintain appearance, grooming, sanitation; wear clean uniform.
• Wash and sanitize cutting boards and countertops between tasks.
• Assist with proper storing of food items and supplies; manage shelf life.
• Complete opening and/or closing duties.
• Backup DMO functions as requested.
• Greet guests with the five-foot rule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
