Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ culinary experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary Arts education and Serve-Safe Certification preferred.
• Allergy awareness training preferred.
• Experience with receiving orders and inventory control helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients before cooking.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation per safety rules.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages.
• Follow portion control and presentation techniques.
