Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with classic cooking techniques.
• Reliability with weekend and evening shifts.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality dishes across grill, fry, and sauté stations to recipe standards and order specs.
• Master station setup and maintain mise en place throughout service.
• Daily prep work including knife work, sauce prep, and batch cooking.
• Maintain high standards by following food safety guidelines and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team to keep tickets moving and service running smoothly.
