Job summary

Tiny Boxwoods is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will prepare food to the Executive Chef’s specifications, set up stations, and work efficiently to ensure quality and consistency.

We offer benefits after 60 days of full-time employment and a year of continuous service includes two weeks of paid vacation, plus daily family meals and employee discounts in a beautiful workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about food and able to work the entry level station.
• Must follow standardized recipes and maintain quality under pressure.
• Must read and follow directions from Kitchen Manager and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to specifications set by the Executive Chef and set up stations in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and monitor portion controls for cost control.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
