Job summary

Tiny Boxwoods Productions in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare food to the Executive Chef's standards in a fast-paced setting and set up stations for service.

We offer health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of full-time employment, and after a year of continuous full-time work, two weeks of paid vacation at the regular pay rate.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow standardized recipes.
• Must be able to work the entry level station.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to the specifications and standards set by the Executive Chef.
• Line Cooks are expected to prepare food and set up stations in a quick-paced and hot environment.
• Read and follow standardized recipes to ensure a consistent product.
• Organize timing of food preparation for service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and food regulations.
