True Food Kitchen in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Line Cook for a fast-paced kitchen. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes across multiple stations, including Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with experience in multiple stations a plus.

The role requires 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, sharp knife skills, and a passion for great food and presentation. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
