Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and culinary techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements for consistent execution.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, portioning and correct temperatures.
• Plating and garnishing to enhance guest presentation.
• Support opening/closing duties, station setup and organization.
• Adhere to food safety, cross-contamination prevention and allergy awareness.
• Work well under pressure and multitask with speed and urgency.
• Support teamwork with clear, effective communication.
