V&E Hospitality Group is seeking talented and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with precision and consistency, following established recipes and portioning guidelines.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Line Cook, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook experience preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and knife skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for culinary arts and positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: follow recipes and portion accurately.
• Cooking: grill, sauté, fry, roast and plate dishes.
• Quality Control: maintain taste and presentation standards.
• Timing: coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: adhere to safety standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor ingredients and notify shortages.
• Teamwork: collaborate with kitchen staff and assist as needed.
