30hop Restaurant & Bar is hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team in Lee's Summit. You’ll prepare ingredients, set up your station, and cook items using grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling, and other methods to ensure quality and consistency during service.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with evening and weekend availability. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision options, 401(k), and dining discounts for you and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in prep cook or line cook roles is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and recipes for service.
• Set up your station with food, equipment, and supplies for the shift.
• Cook menu items using various methods (grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling).
• Follow recipes and established preparation standards.
• Maintain food quality and consistency throughout service.
• Label, rotate, store, and handle food properly.
• Keep station and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Restock ingredients and supplies during the shift.
• Complete assigned cleaning, inventory, and storage documentation.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates during busy periods.
• Support prep and line operations wherever needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
