• Practice safe cooking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets and abbreviations.
• Use good judgment to know when Wings are “perfectly” done.
• Filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily.
• Prepare and package orders with a nice presentation.
• Assist in unloading delivery boxes.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Clean at closing.
