Chili's in Indianapolis, IN is hiring Kitchen Team Members to help run the Heart of the House. You will learn and execute all recipe procedures, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure food orders move smoothly from the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Friendly and caring demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to think and act quickly in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders and food processors.
• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service/preparation role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute all recipe procedures accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing from the kitchen.
