Chili's is hiring for a Kitchen Team Member to join our Heart of House. You will learn and execute recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean, and follow safety policies. You will help keep orders moving and support a welcoming, fast-paced dining room.

We value friendly teamwork, quick thinking, and prior experience in food service. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsabilités

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
