The Peacock Inn is seeking an experienced, energetic Line Cook to join our team in a full-time role. You will follow recipes, assist in all kitchen stations, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, are reliable, and can work flexible shifts including weekends. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Executes service and production of food for all kitchen areas.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and storage areas.
• Handles safety regulations and works within health guidelines.
• Collaborates with Kitchen Manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Able to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as needed.
