Qualifications

• Must be able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets and spec charts in English.
• Positive attitudes and teamwork are a must.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state/local requirements.
• Weekend and holiday shifts required.
• Stand, bend and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of kitchen environment.
