Job summary

Flexible part-time or full-time schedules available; weekend and holiday shifts expected. Must be 18+, read English, and operate kitchen equipment safely while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older where required by state/local law.
• Able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
• Stand, bend and lift up to 60 pounds continuously.
• Exposure to heat and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
