Beef 'O' Brady's in Alabama is seeking a Part-Time Cook to join our back-of-the-house team. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items following recipe specs, while delivering fast, friendly service in a fun environment.

This role requires weekend/holiday availability, ability to read tickets in English, and comfort operating grill, fryers, and oven. You’ll stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds, with training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older, based on state/local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
