The Confluence Hotel in Historic Downtown Hastings is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain a clean workstation, and assist with mise en place for daily service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required.
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
