The Confluence Hotel in Historic Downtown Hastings is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain a clean station, and support daily service with mise en place and collaboration with kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required.
• Passion for food and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities
