Job summary

Woodholme Country Club in Pikesville, MD is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook to join our Troon-affiliated culinary team. You will assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all outlets on the property and help ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Expected compensation ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. The role requires 1-2 years of cooking experience and a High School diploma, with the ability to work well in a team and follow established

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cooking experience.
• Experience upholding safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Willingness to follow guidelines set by the Food Service and Safety Department.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for quality of products served.
• Assist with set-up and preparation for all outlets.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain proper food handling.
• Conduct monthly inventory of food/supplies.
• Maintain equipment and sanitation standards as directed.
• Assist with receiving and storage of products.
• Comply with health regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
