Locallygrownak is seeking a Line Cook to join Crush / MUSE in Anchorage. You will prepare dishes to recipe standards, manage daily station prep, and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.

This role requires attention to portion control, safe knife skills, and adherence to kitchen procedures, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to work, standing and walking, in a fast-paced environment for up to 9 hours.
• Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card.

Responsabilités

• Inventories and completes all daily station prep.
• Demonstrates safe operation of knives and kitchen equipment.
• Adheres to portion sizes, methods, quality standards, and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area across kitchen stations.
• Follows recipes and plating guides for consistent quality.
• Reports equipment or food quality issues to supervisors.
