Job summary

Hawkers, LLC is hiring a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare meals quickly and accurately per Hawkers Asian Street Food standards while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include communicating with teammates, training new staff, and ensuring efficient operations. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a valid Food Handlers Certification. Endurance for a dynamic dining environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Must complete required training courses and assessments.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a like or similar position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals quickly, efficiently, and accurately per Hawkers standards.
• Communicate with team and leadership about orders and product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe handling of food products.
• Assist in training new and part-time personnel.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and manage waste; keep par levels.
• Follow fryer procedures and equipment maintenance.
