Ideal candidates have a keen eye for detail, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and be cross-trained across stations. Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not required, with a minimum wage compensation noted.

• Execute all menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Work across all stations including appetizers, salads, grill, fry, and gyros
• Ensure proper food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
• Support catering production and high-volume service periods
