Job summary

Victory Brewing in Parkesburg, PA is seeking a Line Cook for a part-time role in our on-site taproom kitchen. The position supports a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on quality and presentation of menu items.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of prep/line cook experience, understand basic sanitation, and can work well under pressure while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a prep/line cook preferred.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and workplace safety.
• Basic understanding of food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures.
• Ability to function in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing lengthy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal ingredients following a recipe and line builds.
• Lead station setup with focus on plating, flavor, temperature and ticket time.
• Independently prepare menu items to order and maintain quality control.
• Oversee post-shift duties: cleaning, stocking, and checkout procedures.
• Assist with unloading, inspection and storage of ingredients.
• Support events preparation and presentation for private events.
• Follow opening/closing duties, health, safety and hygiene codes.
