Job summary

Victory Brewing Company is seeking a Line Cook to accurately and efficiently handle and prepare food products at assigned stations. You will prepare meal ingredients, set up stations, plate dishes, and assist with private events while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Minimum 2 years’ prep/line cook experience preferred, with strong teamwork and the ability to work quickly in a high-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a prep/line cook preferred.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal ingredients and line builds as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Oversee station setup, plating, and presentation.
• Ensure quality control and timely meal preparation.
• Assist with private events preparation and service.
