The role requires at least 1 year of line cook experience, knowledge of cooking methods and equipment, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Certification in Food Protection or ServSafe is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ line cook experience in a full-service kitchen.
• Solid understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure, especially during busy nights.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Protection Certificate or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to perform essential functions, including standing and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock your station for smooth service.
• Prepare food to exact specifications and temperatures.
• Work across stations: fryer, grill, and sauté.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and uphold health code standards.
