Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Line Cook for our Double Cut Steakhouse in Round Rock, TX. You will assist the restaurant Chef in preparing and finishing food items, contributing to a high-quality dining experience.

You’ll work with a team to deliver consistent meals, follow recipes, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Prior kitchen experience and a ServSafe-style mindset are valued assets."

Qualifications

• 1 year of related progressive experience as a culinary graduate or 1 year of progressive culinary experience in a hotel restaurant/food outlet facility.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of restaurant kitchen equipment and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in the preparation and execution of menu items.
• Ensure consistent quality, portioning, timing, and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain clean and safe kitchen areas and proper equipment upkeep.
