The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume kitchens, strong cooking technique knowledge, and a commitment to food safety. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen and ability to adapt to fast-paced service.
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques, equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following Altura Concepts’ recipes and quality standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations before, during, and after service.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to meet brand expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all work areas.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to support kitchen efficiency.
• Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste and maintain consistency.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing duties as needed.
