Job summary

Clayton Hotel & Members Club in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The position is Full Time and pays hourly between $21.00 and $25.00, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic dining program.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, preparing ingredients, and maintaining sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen. Experience with commercial equipment and strong communication with front and back of house are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related cooking experience.
• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment.
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience preferred.
• Great communication with front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation.
• Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness.
