• Keep storage areas clean and organized for all food items.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items; rotate inventory.
• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
• Maintain clean and orderly storage areas and product pars.
• Collaborate with manager to create specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
