Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Cook to join our team at multiple properties. This part-time role focuses on maintaining high sanitation, preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, and supporting the culinary team.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• Previous kitchen experience required.
• Ability to follow sanitation guidelines and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility.
• Prepares food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Works with manager to create specials and other menu variations.
• Maintains clean and orderly storage areas and product pars.
• Ensures organized and clean storage areas for all food.
• Properly rotates inventory and handles food items correctly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
