Job summary

Common Bond Bistro & Bakery is seeking a Line Cook to prepare meals per standard recipes and collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine. The role includes maintaining par levels of savories, proper product rotation, and upholding the highest cleanliness and hygiene in the savory section.

Responsibilities include portion control, safe equipment use, following recipes and yield guides, and assisting with stock rotation and receiving. Candidates should promote teamwork and food safety across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following standard recipes and yields.
• Ensure portions are consistent and quantities prepared timely.
• Maintain knowledge and safe use of all kitchen equipment.
• Inform manager of supplies needing requisition and rotate stock.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness per Health Dept. and company standards.
• Assist with receiving orders and back stock rotation.
• Support all savory production and contribute to minimizing waste.
