Midtown Athletic Club in Weston, AL is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our culinary team. You’ll prepare and artfully plate delicious menu items, while following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure a consistent guest experience.

You’ll work on a fast-paced line, maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, and may assist with catering events. Previous two years of cooking experience and a ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of food preparation and cooking experience.
• ServSafe certification (food handler & allergen).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and artfully plate delicious meal options on the line.
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas to ensure safety.
• Assist with periodic catering events.
• Assist with daily food prep work.
