Midtown Athletic Clubs in Florida is seeking a talented Line Cook (FT) to elevate our restaurant experience. You will prepare and artfully plate meals, follow established recipes and presentation standards, and maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environment to ensure quality for our members.

As a core member of the F&B team, you’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while delivering consistently delicious meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
• Strong work ethic with reliable references.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and artfully plate meals following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas to promote a safe member experience.
• Assist with daily food prep and periodic catering events.
