Job summary

TPG Hotels, Resorts & Marinas is hiring a Line Cook to provide cost-efficient preparation of quality dishes in compliance with brand standards and regulations. You will report safety hazards and work with the kitchen team to deliver meals that meet guest expectations.

We seek candidates with 1+ years as a line cook, basic food safety knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a line cook or similar culinary role.
• High school diploma with culinary arts training.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods.
