Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a line cook in Seven Hills, OH. You will prepare dishes in a fast-paced, upscale casual kitchen, follow recipes, and maintain quality and station organization to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will work with a team, handle multiple tasks, and contribute to clean, safe kitchen operations while supporting dining and private events.

Qualifications

• Six months or more line cook experience in upscale casual restaurants or similar.
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team-first attitude and passion for high quality food.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Show up ready, stay sharp, and start strong.
• Set up station for success and keep it running through each shift.
• Follow recipes, control portions, and nail presentation.
• Use KDS system to manage cook times while multitasking multiple dishes.
