Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group seeks a Line Cook at Henry Dorrbaker's in Beloit to join a dynamic team focused on delivering memorable dining experiences. You will understand the menu, maintain quality, and support the kitchen during service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Chef, ensuring plate consistency, and aiding teammates to keep service smooth and efficient. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• At least one year of kitchen experience preferred, basic math skills required, legible handwriting and strong customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand every menu item; take 100% responsibility for quality of products.
• Work with the Chef to ensure consistency on every plate.
• Maintain timing to get tickets out promptly during service.
• Stay focused on tasks during peak hours and communicate with teammates.
• Keep workstation clean and stocked; assist with prep and deliveries as needed.
