Geronimo Hospitality Group seeks a Line Cook to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes and contribute to a memorable guest experience at our Boise properties.

You will work with a collaborative kitchen team, maintaining standards, supporting prep, and ensuring timely service across all shifts. We value hard work, initiative, and a passion for hospitality in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of kitchen experience (preferred).
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, and count change.
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and reach with hands.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to navigate dining room and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand every menu item and maintain quality standards on every plate.
• Collaborate with the Chef to ensure absolute consistency across dishes.
• Manage timing to ensure tickets go out promptly.
• Remain focused during prime service hours and communicate with teammates.
• Help prep and organize stations as needed.
• Practice safe knife handling and seek training when required.
• Open/close the kitchen following established opening/closing checklists.
