Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates throughout service.
• Keep production at the level required by the Executive Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
• Uphold high level of food quality and standards set by the Executive Chef.
• Minimize waste and discard spoiled food per company procedures.
• Perform essential duties during lengthy, high-volume service.
• Follow service instructions from Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie.
• Adapt to changes as instructed by the Chef or Sous Chef.
