Compensation Range

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE.

Purpose

The line cook prepares food, stocks stations, and assists in kitchen operations in cooperation with the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods.
• Demonstrate knowledge across kitchen areas.
• Read, measure, and execute recipes.
• Manage computer tickets for service.
• Apply knife skills and ensure proper food storage and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 18+ years old.
• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Advanced knife skills and knowledge of food safety.
• Effective communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Indoor/outdoor work environments with exposure to heat, cold, steam, and wet floors.
• Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
• Variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to reach, climb stairs, and maintain balance.
