Phil's BBQ is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Temecula. You will prepare and cook meats, vegetables and other hot foods, and ensure proper portioning and alignment with Phil's standards for plating and garnish.

You’ll also contribute to the guest experience through participation in the TIP POOL. Our team is dedicated to high quality and consistency, providing training and opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in line cook role or similar in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats and vegetables per Phil's BBQ standards.
• Plate and garnish cooked items with appropriate garnishes.
• Participate in TIP POOL as part of the team.
