Phil's BBQ in Temecula is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meats, vegetables, and other hot menu items, ensuring portions and timing meet our standards.

As part of the Heart of the House, you will learn Phil's plating and garnishing style and participate in the TIP POOL, contributing to guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

LINE COOK

Our team of line cooks are the heart of our business which is why refer to the kitchen as the Heart of the House. Responsible for preparing and cooking meats, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as determining the portion food products prior to cooking. We take our line cooks to the next level and teach them how to ensure final plate preparation is in alignment with Phil's way which includes plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. Since our Line Cooks are an integral part of the guest experience, they participate in the TIP POOL .
