Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per menu specifications across grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, and poached methods.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and assist coworkers for efficient kitchen operation.
• Assist with events or parties as needed and help with carving, cooking, setup/teardown.
• Ensure proper storage of foods and safe operation of equipment.
