Responsibilities

• Prepare foods across grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, poaching per menu and chef specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and ensure proper food storage and safety.
• Assist with events and special functions as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service and help build guest relations in the casino setting.
