Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Broil Cook to join our kitchen team. You will manage broiling duties, ensuring steaks are cooked to specification while maintaining quality and efficiency in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities include seasoning, searing, and grilling, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines, and supporting teammates to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service daily.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Seasoning, searing, and cooking meat to target temps.
• Ability to sear and grill meat to spec.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Understand equipment and prep sheets.
• Work with team to maintain quality and consistency.
• Cook broiled items to specification and timing.
• Maintain station cleanliness and organization.
• Assist other cooks as needed.
• Support overall restaurant operations.
