Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Broil Cook will be responsible for meat seasoning, searing, grilling, and cooking steaks to specified temperatures, while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Understanding of steak temperatures and doneness levels.
• Knowledge of meat seasoning, searing and grilling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook steaks to correct temperatures with precision.
• Season, sear, and grill meat according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Use equipment properly and follow prep sheets.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support within the kitchen.
• Maintain consistency in quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
