Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to contribute to our high-volume kitchen. The role focuses on steak temperatures, seasoning, searing, grilling, and maintaining safety standards while delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to specified temperatures and thicknesses.
• Season, sear, and grill meat per recipe and guest requests.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines.
• Operate grill and related equipment efficiently during service.
• Follow prep sheets and assist with station setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements
