Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to join our team. This role focuses on high-volume steak preparation, seasoning, searing and grilling while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of cooking steak temperatures.
• Ability to season, sear and cook meat to required temperatures.

• Ability to read and follow prep sheets and operate kitchen equipment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include
