Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in the United States is seeking a Broil Cook to join our people-first team. You will work in a high-volume kitchen, mastering steak temperatures, seasoning, searing, and grilling, while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchen operations.
• Ability to understand and apply steak temperatures accurately.
• Experience with meat seasoning, searing and grilling.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-volume kitchen.
• Understand cooking steak temperatures and adjust as needed.
• Season, sear and cook meat to required doneness.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
