Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to join our team. You will work in a high-volume kitchen, cooking steaks to precise temperatures and using seasoned techniques to sear and grill meats.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Experience with meat seasoning, searing, and grilling.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to read and follow prep sheets and operate kitchen equipment.
• Demonstrates teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to correct temperatures in a high-volume environment.
• Season, sear, and grill meats to specification.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Follow equipment usage and prep sheets for efficient kitchen flow.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver quality meals.

Requirements
